What we do

AC Repair
Compressor, capacitor, contactor, refrigerant charge, thermostat, or airflow. We diagnose it, show you the reading, and quote before we touch anything. In a Mohave County July this is the call we take most.
We measure superheat and subcooling, check static pressure, and read the temperature split. Those numbers separate a charge problem from an airflow problem from a failing compressor.

Heating & Furnace Service
Gas furnaces, heat pumps, and package units. Kingman freezes, Prescott snows, and Seligman spends months below freezing. At elevation, gas equipment needs the manufacturer's derate to burn correctly — a step that gets skipped more often than it should.

Heat Pump Repair & Replacement
Heat pumps lose output as it gets colder, which is why an undersized one falls back on expensive electric strip heat in January. If your winter power bill jumped and nothing feels warmer, that is diagnosable.

Preventative Maintenance
Two visits a year: spring coil clean and charge check, fall heat check. In desert dust this is not maintenance theatre — a packed condenser coil cannot shed heat, and that costs you capacity every single week.
Spring: condenser coil clean, refrigerant check, capacitor test, drain line clear, electrical inspection. Fall: burner and heat exchanger inspection, defrost board test, auxiliary heat check, safety verification. You get a written condition report either way.
Indoor Air Quality
Air purification, filtration upgrades, and duct sealing. Most of the dust in an Arizona house arrives through leaky returns and attic ducts, not the front door.
Filtration upgrades sized to your blower so you do not choke airflow, duct sealing at the joints where most leakage happens, and air purification where it earns its keep. We will tell you which of the three your house actually needs.
Ductwork Repair & Sealing
Attic ducts in this climate lose cooling before the air ever reaches a register, and underfloor duct in manufactured homes comes apart over time. Sealing is often cheaper than a new system and sometimes fixes the whole complaint.
We test static pressure to find restriction, inspect accessible runs for disconnects and crush points, and seal at the joints. In an attic or under a manufactured home, this is often the cheapest real fix available.
Evaporative & Swamp Coolers
Service, repair, and full replacement. Pads, pumps, float valves, motors, and belts — plus honest advice on when a swamp cooler still beats refrigerated air and when it does not.
Seasonal start-up and shutdown, pad and pump replacement, float and water-line repair, motor and bearing work, and complete unit replacement on roof-mount and side-draft installations. On manufactured homes we deal with the roof-curb and duct realities that come with them. If monsoon humidity has your cooler no longer keeping up, we will quote a refrigerated conversion alongside the repair so you can compare both numbers.
Water Heaters
Tank and tankless, repair and replacement. Mohave County water is hard on tanks. We are already licensed for it, so it is one call instead of two trades.

Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration
Rooftop units, walk-in coolers, and split systems for restaurants, retail, and property managers. Buyer/seller inspections too. Commercial diagnostics are $155 with a one-hour minimum.

Emergency Service
No cooling in July is not a next-week problem. Call any hour Monday through Saturday. A real person answers — never a recording — and gets our on-call technician moving.

How we quote
Every diagnosis comes with the reading that produced it. If we say a system is undersized, we will show you the load calculation. If we say a capacitor is failing, you will see the measurement. Nobody should approve a repair on faith, and nobody should be handed a replacement quote without being shown why.
A residential diagnostic visit is $178 — the $99 dispatch fee plus the $79 diagnostic — and the $79 comes off your bill when you approve the repair. Commercial diagnostics are $155 with a one-hour minimum.
