Silver Program includes two visits per year (Summer and winter). Diagnostic fee discounted. Clean coils, blower, flame sensor, burner ports, electrical cabinets, and filter rack cleanings free of maintenance. If you provide a filter, we will change it for you while we are there—a 20% discount on any repairs or accessories.
Gold
Gold Program includes two visits per year (Summer, Winter)
Diagnostic fee discounted. Clean coils, blower, flame sensor, burner ports, electrical cabinets, and filter rack cleanings free on maintenance. We provide a filter, and we will change it for you while we are there on maintenance; there is a 20% discount on any repairs or accessories.
Platinum
Platinum includes 4 visits per year (Quarterly Every 3 Months) No Diagnostic fee $0, Clean coils, blower, flame sensor, burner ports, electrical cabinets, filter rack cleanings free on maintenance. We provide filters for you year-round, and we will change it for you while we are there on maintenance every 3 months, 30% discount on any repairs or accessories.
Ultimate
Ultimate Package includes four visits per year performing maintenance on the system (Quarterly Every 3 Months) No Diagnostic fee $0, Clean coils, blower, flame sensor, burner ports, electrical cabinets, filter rack cleanings free on maintenance. We provide filter media year-round and we will change it for you while we are there on maintenance, 30% discount on any repairs or accessories. You must sign a 3 year contract and pay yearly or monthly for the Ultimate Program. (The first year includes free installation of an electronic electrostatic filter.) (Second Year includes installing 240V surge Protector on your outside Condenser Free)
(Third Year includes Full System Compressor Saver Kit "Compressor Oil lubricates the internals of compressor and expansion valve, Acid Away eliminates and acid in the lines of the system for cleaner and cooler functions, and Turbo Capacitor has a 5 year warranty on Capacitor and takes the strain off of the Compressor" Wow Value!
