Three ways to get on the schedule.

Book online. The scheduler is live — you see real openings and pick one. No phone tag, no waiting for a callback to find out we are booked through Thursday.

Call (928) 565-6440. A real person answers, around the clock Monday through Saturday. During office hours (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) that is our office. Outside those hours it is a live answering service — real people, never a recording — who dispatch our on-call technician.

Text (928) 227-8441. If typing is easier, send the city and what the system is doing.

We are closed Sundays. Genuinely closed — not reduced hours, not emergency-only. We would rather tell you that than have you wait on a call that is not coming.

Our hours, honestly

What to have ready

It makes the visit faster and the quote more accurate. The city and address. What the system is actually doing — not cooling, not heating, making a noise, water on the floor, tripping a breaker. Roughly how old the system is, if you know. Whether it is a house, manufactured home, or commercial building. And whether anything has been worked on recently.

Prefer full contact details, our address, and a map? The contact page has all of it.

What happens after you book

Step 1

You Get a Real Window

Not “sometime Tuesday.” A window we actually intend to hit, and a call if anything changes.

If we cannot make the window we tell you before it passes, not after. That is the whole difference between a company you use twice and one you use for fifteen years.

Step 2

The Number Before We Start

A residential diagnostic visit is $178 — $99 dispatch plus $79 diagnostic — and you know that on the phone.

The $79 comes off your bill when you approve the repair. Commercial diagnostics are $155 with a one-hour minimum. Nothing gets opened up before you have heard the number.

Step 3

We Diagnose and Show You

You see the reading. Superheat, subcooling, static pressure, amp draw — whatever the relevant measurement is.

A quote you cannot check is a quote you should not accept, from us or from anybody. If we say a part is failing, we show you the number that says so.

Step 4

You Decide

Repair or replace, with both numbers in front of you and no pressure either direction.

Plenty of our work is a two-hundred-dollar fix on a system somebody else said to replace. When replacement genuinely is the better money, we quote three tiers side by side.

Emergencies

After-Hours Calls

Around the clock Monday through Saturday. A live answering service picks up and moves our on-call tech.

After-hours and weekend emergency calls carry an emergency rate, and the technician tells you what it is on the phone before we dispatch. You will never learn that number from the invoice.

Commercial

Business & Property Managers

Priority dispatch, documentation your owner will accept, and maintenance agreements for buildings that cannot afford downtime.

Certificates of insurance, written condition reports with photos, and one number for a portfolio of addresses. Call and ask for the commercial side.

Straight pricing, before we start

A residential diagnostic visit is $178 — that covers the $99 dispatch fee and the $79 diagnostic, and the diagnostic comes off your bill when you approve the repair. Commercial diagnostics are $155 with a one-hour minimum. You get the number before anyone opens a panel. We install Trane, quoted in three tiers side by side.

Questions we get asked

How fast can you get here?
Depends on the town and the day. Call (928) 565-6440 and we will give you a real window rather than a guess. Kingman is our shortest drive; Meadview and Ash Fork are longer and we will be honest about that.
Are you really open 24 hours?
Around the clock Monday through Saturday, yes. The office is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; outside those hours a live answering service takes the call and dispatches our on-call technician. We are closed Sundays, completely.
What does a service call cost?
A residential diagnostic visit is $178, which covers the $99 dispatch fee and the $79 diagnostic. The $79 comes off your bill when you approve the repair. Commercial diagnostics are $155 with a one-hour minimum.
Do you charge extra after hours?
Yes. After-hours and weekend emergency calls carry an emergency rate, and our technician tells you what it is on the phone before we dispatch.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes, (928) 227-8441. Send the city and what the system is doing and we will come back to you.
Do you take card?
Yes. We will go over payment options when we quote the work, before anything is done.
