What we do
Residential and commercial, repair through replacement.

AC Repair
Compressor, capacitor, refrigerant, thermostat, or airflow. We diagnose it, show you the reading, and quote before we touch anything.
We measure superheat and subcooling, check static pressure, and read the temperature split. Those numbers separate a charge problem from an airflow problem from a failing compressor.
System Replacement
Trane installs sized to your house, not to a rule of thumb. Three options priced side by side so you can see what you're choosing between.
A Manual J load calculation on your actual house — square footage, insulation, window orientation, and elevation. You get three tiers priced side by side with the efficiency difference spelled out in operating cost, not just SEER numbers.

Service, repair, and full replacement — pads, pumps, floats, motors, and belts, on roof-mount and side-draft units.
Seasonal start-up and winterizing, pad and pump replacement, float and water-line repair, motor and bearing work, and complete unit replacement, including manufactured homes. When a cooler stops keeping up, we price a refrigerated conversion next to the repair so you can compare both numbers.
Water Heaters
Tank and tankless, repair and replacement. Already licensed for it, so it's one call instead of two trades.
